Founder and owner of RDpro, LLC, a sports nutrition consulting practice specializing in
performance nutrition for athletes and teams. A former 7-time All-American swimmer and
Athletics Hall of Fame inductee at the University of South Carolina, Jennifer brings both elite
athletic experience and clinical expertise to her work with high-performing athletes, corporate
executives, and clients motivated to create change.
Through RDpro, she provides comprehensive sports nutrition services including nutrition program
development for teams, athlete education, individualized meal planning, body composition
assessments, sweat testing, bloodwork interpretation, food intolerance and allergy analysis,
corporate wellness programming, and evidence-based supplement evaluation.
Jennifer has worked extensively with professional and collegiate sports organizations. She served
as the sports dietitian for the NFL’s Carolina Panthers for seven seasons and has spent over ten
years supporting NASCAR teams including RFK Racing and Hendrick Motorsports. She has also
consulted with NC State athletics, multiple high school athletic programs, age group sports teams
such as SwimMAC Carolina and LEAD, a female Olympian-led organization focused on
empowering young female athletes both in sport and in life. In addition to her consulting work,
Jennifer contributes to athlete education and public health initiatives through partnerships with
food boards, food companies, and supplement organizations. She is also a member of the
inaugural Gatorade Women’s Advisory Board working to advance opportunities in women's sports
and encourage girls to stay in sports longer to develop leadership and life skills.
Outside of her professional work, Jennifer is a mother of two competitive athletes:
Sloane (12) and Nathaniel (10).
